If this is a scam, I don't know what it's all about. I was never tempted to follow it up. But an unsolicited email with the subject line "Kindly Confirm Upon" and "something that requires your attention" is unlikely to be something I need to know more about.
Greetings,
I hope this email finds you well. I would like to discuss an important business matter that requires your attention. I look forward to your prompt response to this matter.
Regards,
Jem
